Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

NOTE:

  • Delivery of all products listed on this platform will be undertaken by the individual merchants themselves.
  • United Points and IKEA are not responsible for the logistics & shipping of products listed on the platform.
  • United Points does not allow return of products purchased from the platform unless the specifications of the final product delivered is different from the product ordered by the customer or the customer receives a damaged product during delivery.
  • Customers are advised to check the delivery package at the time of delivery.  
  • In the event of a valid request for a return and exchange of a Product, and only where the Merchant is unable to replace the Product for any reason whatsoever, a full refund would then be given by the Merchant to you in the original form of payment used to purchase the Product. The refund shall be done within the same time period for replacement.
  • Refund will be either full, partial or no refund.
  • Please refer to the individual product T&Cs mentioned for each product individually to know about their delivery terms as well as returns policy for the product, wherever mentioned, the merchant supplier's T&C pertaining to delivery and returns supercedes what is written here.
  • Customers can write in to support@united-points.com for any queries related to deliveries & returns and United Points will assist in connecting the customer to the merchant of the product.
